Nicole Wallace makes miracles happen, and no one can tell me any different! This whole thing has been like living in a dream. Long story short, the home that my grandparents built and lived in my whole life was sold when I was a teenager. As an adult, I found myself looking for a home like theirs. An open backyard, high ceilings because my family is 6 ft and taller, and enough space to grow our family. Something that you could stay in forever and never need to move because it has everything. And it ate me alive inside, that was the house that had everything that I ever wanted! Well, like I said, Nicole works miracles, and she fought tooth and nail to get us that house, and she succeeded! We also got to be a part of the hometown Heroes program, which was such a big help! My marine husband and I so appreciate everything that she and her team have done to make our dreams come true. While managing to get us our dream home, she also was able to sell our previous home that we were living in and made the transition so easy and seamless, and we didn't have to worry about a thing, and that was so important to us! Not only is she good with first-time home buyers ( Yes, this is our second home, but we still have no clue what we were doing), but she is also outstanding with how she handled us as a veteran family using a VA loan for the first time.
